These Terms of Service govern your use of the JRMPanel software and JRMStream platform. By purchasing or using JRMPanel, you agree to these terms.
1. Software License
JRMStream grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use JRMPanel on the number of servers specified by your plan. The license is bound to your server IP address(es) and may not be shared, sublicensed, or resold without prior written consent. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your JRMPanel admin credentials and your clients' data. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your panel or account.
3. Payment Terms
License fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your plan. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our 7-day money-back guarantee. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice. Failure to pay may result in license suspension.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use JRMPanel to host, distribute, or stream content that violates applicable laws. You are solely responsible for all content streamed through servers managed by your JRMPanel installation. We reserve the right to revoke licenses used in violation of this policy.
5. Updates & Support
Your license includes access to software updates and patches released during your subscription period. Support is provided according to your plan level. We strive to resolve critical issues within 24 hours but do not guarantee specific response times unless covered by an SLA.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may immediately suspend or revoke your license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall JRMPanel from all servers and cease using the software.
7. Limitation of Liability
JRMStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of JRMPanel, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the license fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify licensed users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of JRMPanel after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
